Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your relationship with the operator of the Mr Punter version of the online gaming services provided via the website mr-punters.com (the "Website"). By accessing or using the Website, opening an account, depositing funds, placing any bet, or participating in any promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms as a binding contract between you and the Operator. These Terms are effective from 6 November 2025 ("Effective Date") and remain in force until replaced or updated in accordance with the clause "Changes to Terms" below.

The Website is operated on an offshore basis by Liernin Enterprises LTD (the "Operator"), a company established in the Marshall Islands (legal address: Marshall Islands; full registered address details are available on request), which holds an Offshore Gaming License issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation ("PAGCOR") under License No. 22-0025. The Operator is not licensed by the UK Gambling Commission ("UKGC"), does not participate in UK schemes such as GamStop or GamCare, and is regulated for gambling purposes only by PAGCOR. If you are resident in the United Kingdom, you acknowledge that UK-specific statutory protections and dispute resolution mechanisms that apply to UKGC-licensed operators do not apply to your use of the Website.

Before using the Website, you should read these Terms carefully together with the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming information, and any game or promotion-specific rules as published on the Website from time to time. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not create an account or use the services and, if you already have an account, you must stop using it and request the withdrawal of any remaining eligible balance in accordance with these Terms.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following capitalised terms have the meanings set out below (unless the context clearly requires otherwise):

  • "Operator" means Liernin Enterprises LTD, the offshore company legally responsible for operating the Website and holding the PAGCOR Offshore Gaming License No. 22-0025, including any authorised group company or payment processing entity acting on its behalf (for example Tilaros Limited in Cyprus, where used).
  • "Website" means mr-punters.com and any localised, mobile, sub-domain or mirror versions made available by the Operator for Mr Punter, including any pages providing terms and conditions, responsible gaming information or support tools.
  • "User" or "you" means any natural person who accesses the Website, whether or not they register an Account or place any Bet, and who accepts these Terms. A "Player" is a User who has successfully registered an Account and is allowed to place Bets for real money.
  • "Account" means a personal, individual player account opened on the Website in your name, which records your registration details, verification status, deposited funds, Bonuses, Bets, Winnings, and transaction history.
  • "Game(s)" means all casino games, slots, live dealer games, and any other interactive content made available on the Website, including content supplied by third-party platform and software providers such as Soft2Bet and other related suppliers.
  • "Bet" or "Wager" means any stake of real-money funds (and, where applicable, Bonus funds) placed by a Player on the outcome of a Game or event offered on the Website, in accordance with the rules of the relevant Game.
  • "Bonus" means any promotional benefit, including bonus funds, free spins, cashback, loyalty rewards or similar incentives credited to an Account under a promotion, loyalty programme or other offer, all of which are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
  • "Winnings" means any amount credited to an Account as a result of a settled Bet, including winnings derived from Bonus funds once all applicable conditions have been satisfied.
  • "Payment Method" means a financial instrument accepted by the Operator for deposits and/or withdrawals, such as debit cards, credit cards (where permitted under applicable local law), e-wallets, bank transfers, vouchers or approved cryptocurrencies, as available to Users in the UK at any given time.
  • "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which the use of the Website is illegal or where the Operator decides, at its discretion, to restrict access. The UK is not a Prohibited Jurisdiction for the purposes of these Terms, but the Operator is not UKGC-licensed and operates on a grey-market basis for UK residents.
  • "Responsible Gambling Tools" means the internal limits, time-outs, self-exclusion options and other settings made available on the Website to help Players control their gambling behaviour. These tools are internal to the Operator and are separate from national schemes such as GamStop or GamCare, in which the Operator does not participate.
  • "Force Majeure Event" means any event beyond the reasonable control of the Operator, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, civil disturbances, strikes, governmental acts, power failures, telecommunications or network interruptions, or failures of third-party software or hosting providers.

Account Registration

Eligibility and Age Verification

  • Minimum age: To open an Account and use the gaming services, you must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to gamble under the laws of your country of residence. By registering, you confirm that you are 18+ and that you understand it is your responsibility to check and comply with all applicable local laws, including those of the UK if you are resident there.
  • One account per person: You may only hold one Account on the Website. Multiple Accounts, use of aliases, or impersonation of other individuals is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension, voiding of Bets, forfeiture of Bonuses and, in serious cases, closure of all related Accounts.
  • UK-specific note: As the Operator is not UKGC-licensed, the UK ban on credit-card gambling and UK-specific regulatory protections do not apply to the Operator itself. However, you remain responsible for ensuring that your use of any Payment Method (including any credit card) complies with your own bank's terms and with any applicable UK laws and regulations as at 2025.

Registration Process and KYC

  • Account creation: To register, you must complete the online form, providing accurate and complete information including your full name, date of birth, country of residence, email address, chosen currency, and any other fields requested. You must confirm your email address by following the verification link sent by the Website. The Operator may also require phone verification where this feature is available.
  • Know Your Customer (KYC): In order to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorist financing (CTF) obligations, the Operator will perform KYC checks, including verifying identity, age, and, where appropriate, source of funds. You may be asked to upload government-issued identification, proof of address, payment method documentation and any other documents reasonably requested. Until KYC is completed to the Operator's satisfaction, your Account may be restricted, including limits on deposits, Bets, Bonuses or withdrawals.
  • Ongoing verification: The Operator may request updated documents at any time (for example upon cumulative deposits or withdrawals reaching specific thresholds, in case of unusual activity, or during periodic reviews in 2025 and beyond). If you fail to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period, the Operator may suspend or close your Account and withhold withdrawals until your identity and entitlement to funds are confirmed.

User Obligations and Security

  • Accuracy of data: You must ensure that all information provided during registration and throughout your use of the Website is true, complete and up to date. Any use of false or misleading information, including registration in another person's name or using a false address, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in Account closure.
  • Password and access: You must keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with any third party. You are solely responsible for any activity carried out under your Account, whether authorised by you or not. If you suspect that your Account has been compromised, you must immediately change your password and contact customer support at [email protected] or via 24/7 live chat.
  • AML and prohibited activity: You agree not to use the Website for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud or funding terrorism. The Operator may monitor transactions and report suspicious activity to relevant authorities. The Operator may freeze or close Accounts and withhold funds where it has reasonable grounds to believe that criminal activity may be involved.
  • Self-limitation and exclusion: Internal Responsible Gambling Tools are available, including deposit limits, loss limits, session reminders, time-outs and self-exclusion. Because the Operator does not participate in GamStop, GamCare or similar national schemes, any self-exclusion request must be made directly through the Website or to [email protected], and will apply only to the Operator's network of sites that share its infrastructure (including brands related to the Soft2Bet platform and sister sites such as Casinia, Wazamba, Rabona and Sportaza, as applicable).

Betting & Gameplay Rules

General Rules for Placing Bets

  • Availability of Games: The selection of Games available to you may depend on your location, technical restrictions, and agreements with software providers. The Operator does not guarantee that any particular Game or feature will be available at all times. Changes to the game portfolio may occur during 2025 as providers or regulations evolve.
  • Minimum and maximum bets: Each Game has specific minimum and maximum stake limits, which are displayed within the Game interface. You are responsible for checking and understanding these limits before placing a Bet. The Operator may change limits or introduce personalised betting limits at its discretion.
  • Bet confirmation: A Bet is deemed placed and accepted once it has been confirmed on the Operator's servers and appears in your game or Account history. If there is any discrepancy between the data on your device and the Operator's records, the Operator's records shall prevail.
  • Currency: Bets must be placed in the Account currency selected during registration (for example GBP for Players in the UK, where available). Foreign exchange conversions may be applied by your payment provider; the Operator is not responsible for any exchange rate differences or fees.

Cancellation, Errors and Malfunctions

  • Player-initiated cancellation: Once a Bet has been placed and confirmed, it cannot normally be cancelled or changed by the Player. In exceptional cases, and at the Operator's sole discretion, a Bet may be cancelled before it is settled, but there is no entitlement to cancellation.
  • Obvious errors ("palpable errors"): If a Bet is accepted at odds, pay-tables, or conditions that are clearly incorrect or result from an obvious error in the Game or in the display of information, the Operator reserves the right to void the Bet, adjust the outcome to what it should have been in the absence of the error, or otherwise take reasonable remedial action. In such cases, the Operator's decision is final, subject to the internal complaints procedure.
  • Technical malfunctions: If a Game malfunctions, loses connectivity, or experiences any other technical failure, all Bets affected may be voided and stakes returned, or the Game may resume from the last state recorded on the Operator's servers. Malfunctions of hardware, software or networks on your side do not entitle you to any special compensation.

Fair Play and Conduct

  • Prohibited conduct: You must not use the Website for any fraudulent, collusive, or manipulative purpose, including but not limited to: using bots or automated play; exploiting software bugs; attempting to gain unfair advantage; chip dumping or collusion with other Players; or engaging in any form of cheating.
  • Live casino and chat behaviour: Where chat functions or live dealer Games are offered, you must treat dealers, staff and other Players with respect. Insults, abusive language, harassment, promotion of illegal activity, racism, hate speech, advertising of other websites, or sharing of personal data about others is strictly forbidden. The Operator may mute, suspend or ban chat access or close Accounts in the event of violations.
  • Responsible gambling: You agree to play responsibly and not to chase losses. The Operator provides internal Responsible Gambling Tools and displays responsible gaming information on the Website, but does not participate in UK national schemes such as GamStop, GamCare or Spelpaus. If you feel your gambling is becoming problematic, you should seek independent help from appropriate support organisations and consider self-excluding directly with the Operator.

Bonus Terms

Bonus Activation and Wagering Requirements

  • Promotion-specific rules: All Bonuses are subject to the specific terms of the promotion under which they are offered (for example welcome packages, reload Bonuses, free spins or cashback). Those specific terms (including wagering requirements, time limits, eligible Games, maximum winnings and any country restrictions) are published on the Website and form part of these Terms. In the event of a conflict, the promotion-specific terms take precedence.
  • Activation of Bonuses: Some Bonuses are credited automatically upon meeting the eligibility criteria (for example making a qualifying deposit), while others must be actively claimed by entering a bonus code, opting in, or selecting the offer in your Account. You are responsible for ensuring that any required action for Bonus activation is correctly completed before placing Bets you wish to count towards wagering.
  • Wagering requirements: Bonus funds and any associated Winnings usually become withdrawable only after you have met the applicable wagering requirement, expressed as a multiple of the Bonus amount, deposit amount, or both (for example "x30" of the Bonus). Bets placed with both real money and Bonus funds may contribute to wagering as described in the specific promotion terms. Until wagering is completed, withdrawal of funds may result in forfeiture of some or all Bonus funds and related Winnings.
  • Time limits: Bonuses typically have a validity period (for example 7-30 days from activation, and shorter periods for free spins), which will be specified for each promotion. Any remaining Bonus funds or uncompleted wagering requirements after the relevant deadline may be automatically cancelled in 2025 and beyond, without compensation.

Prohibited Games and Abusive Play

  • Game restrictions: Certain Games or categories (for example some live casino games, jackpot slots, low-risk bets, or specific providers) may be excluded from contributing to Bonus wagering or may contribute at a reduced percentage. A list of excluded or restricted Games will be available in the promotion terms and may be updated periodically.
  • Irregular play: The Operator strictly prohibits strategies that are intended to artificially meet wagering requirements or obtain unfair advantage from Bonuses, including but not limited to: placing low-risk or zero-risk bets; using delayed bonus rounds; hedging bets across multiple outcomes; or placing large bets representing a significant proportion of the Bonus balance.
  • Consequences of abuse: If the Operator reasonably believes that you have breached Bonus terms or engaged in Bonus abuse or irregular play, it may remove Bonuses and associated Winnings, adjust your balance, restrict your eligibility for future promotions, or close your Account. In serious cases, the Operator may also report suspected fraudulent activity to relevant authorities.

Combining Promotions

  • One promotion at a time: Unless expressly permitted, only one active deposit-based Bonus may apply to your Account at any given time. The Operator may, in its discretion, allow certain promotions (such as loyalty rewards or cashback) to run alongside other offers, but this will be clearly stated in the relevant terms.
  • Order of use: Where both real money and Bonus funds are available, the order in which they are used (for example Bonus funds first or real funds first) will be defined in the general Bonus rules published on the Website. You agree that the Operator's system will allocate bets according to those rules.
  • Changes to promotions: The Operator may modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion or Bonus scheme at any time, including during 2025, provided that such change does not adversely affect Bonuses already claimed and not yet used, except where necessary to comply with law, regulation or the requirements of payment or software providers.

Payments & Withdrawals

Deposits

  • Accepted Payment Methods: The Website supports a range of Payment Methods for Players in the UK, which may include debit cards, credit cards (where permitted), e-wallets, bank transfers, vouchers and selected cryptocurrencies. The availability of specific methods may change over time in 2025 due to regulatory, banking or commercial reasons. The Operator may use third-party payment processors or related entities (such as Tilaros Limited in Cyprus) to handle transactions on its behalf.
  • Ownership and authorisation: You may only use Payment Methods that are in your own name and legally under your control. The Operator may request evidence that you are the legitimate holder of the Payment Method used. Use of third-party Payment Methods without permission is strictly prohibited.
  • Deposit limits and fees: Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed on the deposit page. The Operator does not normally charge fees for deposits, but your bank or payment provider may apply its own charges or exchange rates. The Operator is not responsible for such external costs.
  • Credit card usage for UK residents: Because the Operator is not licensed by the UKGC, the UK regulatory ban on credit card gambling does not directly apply to the Operator. However, you remain responsible for ensuring that your use of a credit card to fund gambling is permitted by your card issuer and complies with any applicable UK law. The Operator reserves the right to stop accepting credit cards for UK Players at any time.

Withdrawals

  • Withdrawal conditions: Withdrawals are subject to KYC verification and to the completion of any applicable wagering requirements. The Operator may request documents before processing withdrawals, including documentation of Payment Methods or source of funds. Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same Payment Method used for deposits, where technically feasible.
  • Processing times: Once approved, the Operator aims to process withdrawal requests within a reasonable period, typically within 1-5 business days, excluding any additional time required by banks or payment providers. These timeframes are indicative and may be affected by security checks, public holidays, or other external factors.
  • Limits and fees: Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed on the Website. The Operator may charge reasonable fees for certain withdrawals (for example international bank transfers or frequent withdrawals), as stated on the payments page. Any applicable fees will be clearly indicated before you confirm the transaction.
  • Account review & source of funds: The Operator reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals while conducting checks to verify your identity, Payment Methods, or source of funds, in line with AML/CTF requirements. If you fail to cooperate with these checks, the Operator may suspend or close your Account and, where permitted by law, retain funds associated with suspected unlawful activity.

Refunds, Chargebacks and Reversals

  • Refund policy: Deposits are generally considered final once successfully credited to your Account. Refunds of unused balances may be granted at the Operator's discretion in exceptional circumstances and only to the original Payment Method, where possible.
  • Chargebacks: If you initiate a chargeback or dispute a transaction with your payment provider, the Operator may suspend your Account, void existing Bets, and deduct any Winnings related to the disputed funds. You may be required to reimburse the Operator for any chargeback fees or losses incurred.
  • Reversal of transactions: The Operator may reverse or block any transaction, deposit, withdrawal or Bonus credit where it reasonably believes that an error has occurred, that the transaction was unauthorised or fraudulent, or that it is necessary to comply with legal or regulatory obligations.

Limitation of Liability

Operator's Obligations and Fairness of Games

  • Provision of services: The Operator undertakes to provide the Website and Games with reasonable skill and care, to ensure that results are generated fairly by certified random number generators (RNGs) or other approved systems, and to account correctly for your Bets, Winnings and balances in accordance with these Terms.
  • Accuracy of information: The Operator strives to ensure that all information on the Website (including balances, Game rules and promotional details) is accurate and up to date as at 2025. However, minor inaccuracies or delays may occur due to technical or human error. In case of any discrepancy, the records maintained by the Operator's systems will generally prevail.

Exclusions of Liability

  • Technical failures: The Operator is not liable for any loss or damage arising from interruptions, delays, failures or corruption of data caused by failures of telecommunications, the internet, hosting services, software, hardware, or any Force Majeure Event, provided that the Operator has taken reasonable steps to maintain and secure its systems.
  • User's equipment and connection: You are solely responsible for the condition of your equipment, internet connection, and configuration of any software used to access the Website. The Operator is not responsible for any inability to access the Website or Games arising from your equipment or network.
  • Indirect or consequential losses: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or special losses, including loss of data, loss of profits, loss of business, or loss of opportunity, even if it has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

Limitation of Maximum Liability

  • Cap on liability: Without prejudice to any non-excludable statutory rights you may have under UK or other applicable law, the Operator's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website (whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise) shall be limited to the higher of: (i) the amount of the Bet or Game in respect of which the liability arises; or (ii) the total net deposits you have made to your Account during the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
  • No exclusion of mandatory rights: Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by the Operator's negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable mandatory law in the UK or any other relevant jurisdiction.

Intellectual Property Rights

Ownership of Content and Software

  • Rights in the Website: All intellectual property rights in and to the Website, including but not limited to the Mr Punter branding as used on mr-punters.com, logos, design, text, graphics, interfaces, software, and underlying source code, are owned by the Operator or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws.
  • Third-party content: Games and software provided by third parties (including platform providers such as Soft2Bet and other related entities) remain the intellectual property of those providers. You receive no rights in such content other than a limited licence to use it for personal, non-commercial entertainment via the Website.

Permitted and Prohibited Use

  • Limited licence: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the Operator grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Website and Games on your own device solely for your private entertainment.
  • Restrictions: You may not copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, distribute, transmit, display, perform, license, create derivative works from, scrape, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise exploit any part of the Website or its software, except to the extent expressly permitted by law and only after giving prior written notice to the Operator.
  • Brand protection: You may not use the Mr Punter or mr-punters.com names, logos or other identifiers in any way that may cause confusion, suggest endorsement, or harm the reputation of the Operator, without obtaining prior written consent.

Privacy & Data Protection

General Principles

  • Privacy Policy: All personal data collected from you in connection with your use of the Website is processed in accordance with the Operator's Privacy Policy as published on the Website and updated from time to time (including during 2025). The Privacy Policy forms an integral part of these Terms, and you should review it carefully before registering or submitting any personal data.
  • Purposes of processing: Your data is processed for purposes including account creation and management, KYC/AML checks, transaction processing, responsible gambling monitoring, marketing (where permitted), and compliance with legal obligations in the Philippines, the Marshall Islands, the UK (where applicable) and other relevant jurisdictions.

International Transfers and Data Security

  • Cross-border transfers: Due to the offshore and multi-jurisdictional nature of the Operator's business (with operations and related entities in the Marshall Islands, the Philippines, Cyprus and other locations), your personal data may be transferred to and stored in countries that may not provide the same level of data protection as your home country. The Operator will use appropriate safeguards where required by law.
  • Data security: The Operator implements technical and organisational measures designed to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. However, no system is completely secure, and the Operator cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the internet.
  • Your rights: Subject to applicable law, you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, as well as to data portability. Details of how to exercise these rights, including any rights under UK data protection law as applied in 2025, are set out in the Privacy Policy.

Changes to Terms

Updates and Notification

  • Right to amend: The Operator may amend these Terms at any time, for example to reflect changes in law, regulatory guidance, industry standards, technical developments, or the introduction of new products and features during 2025.
  • Notice of changes: Material changes will be communicated to you by appropriate means, which may include email notification to the address registered to your Account, prominent notices or banners on the Website, or requiring you to accept the updated Terms upon your next login.
  • Effective date of changes: Unless otherwise stated, changes will take effect on the date specified in the notice or, if no date is specified, immediately upon publication on the Website. The updated Terms will supersede all previous versions.

Your Acceptance of Changes

  • Continued use: If you continue to use the Website or your Account after the revised Terms become effective, you will be deemed to have accepted the updated Terms.
  • Right to discontinue use: If you do not agree with any change, you must stop using the Website and may request closure of your Account and withdrawal of any remaining eligible balance, subject to these Terms (including KYC and AML requirements). In such a case, the version of the Terms applicable immediately before the change will govern your final interactions with the Operator to the extent necessary.

Termination & Suspension

Operator's Right to Suspend or Close Accounts

  • Grounds for action: The Operator may suspend or terminate your Account, or restrict your access to all or part of the Website, at its reasonable discretion, including (but not limited to) where it suspects: violation of these Terms; provision of false information; fraud or attempted fraud; collusion or cheating; chargebacks; AML/CTF concerns; abuse of Bonuses; offensive behaviour in chats; or use of automated tools or bots.
  • Investigations: During any investigation, the Operator may freeze your Account, withhold Bonuses and Winnings, and prevent withdrawals until the investigation is complete. The Operator will act as quickly as reasonably possible, having regard to regulatory obligations and the need to liaise with payment providers or authorities.

Closure by the User

  • Voluntary closure: You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support via email or live chat. The Operator may ask for confirmation of your identity and may pay out any remaining withdrawable balance subject to KYC checks and these Terms.
  • Self-exclusion: Instead of permanent closure, you may activate self-exclusion for a specified period or indefinitely using the Responsible Gambling Tools or by contacting support. Self-exclusion will apply internally to the Operator's network but will not automatically extend to other operators or UK schemes like GamStop.

Effect of Termination

  • Funds on closure: Upon Account closure (whether by you or by the Operator), and subject to compliance checks and applicable law, the Operator will return any remaining lawful, withdrawable balance to you using an appropriate Payment Method. Bonuses and associated Winnings that have not satisfied wagering requirements will normally be forfeited.
  • Retention of records: The Operator may retain records, including personal data and transaction history, for a period required or justified by law, regulation, AML/CTF obligations, or legitimate business needs, including in 2025 and subsequent years.
  • Survival of provisions: Provisions of these Terms dealing with intellectual property, liability, governing law and jurisdiction, privacy, and any other provisions intended to survive termination shall continue to apply after your Account is closed.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Applicable Law

  • Primary governing law: These Terms and any contractual or non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, reflecting the Operator's PAGCOR licensing framework, and/or the laws of the Marshall Islands in respect of corporate matters, without giving effect to any conflict of law rules that would result in the application of another law.
  • Mandatory consumer protection: If you are habitually resident in the UK, mandatory consumer protection laws of the UK may also apply to you and may not be overridden by these Terms. Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any such non-excludable rights.

Dispute Resolution

  • Internal complaints procedure: If you have a complaint relating to the Website, Bets, Bonuses or any aspect of the service, you should first contact customer support via email or live chat and provide full details. The Operator will investigate and respond within a reasonable time, taking into account any regulatory requirements in 2025.
  • External escalation: As the Operator is not licensed by the UKGC, UK alternative dispute resolution (ADR) procedures mandated for UKGC-licensed operators do not apply. However, the Operator may, at its discretion, refer disputes to a neutral third-party mediator or resolver, and will cooperate in good faith with such processes where used.
  • Court jurisdiction: Subject to any mandatory rights you may have under UK or other applicable law, any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, your Account or your use of the Website shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines and/or the Marshall Islands, and you agree to submit to such jurisdiction for the purposes of resolving any such disputes.

  • Live chat: A 24/7 live chat function is available via the Website (where implemented for Mr Punter). Live chat is the fastest method for resolving most issues and for submitting requests such as self-exclusion or account limits.
